Eclipsys provides advanced clinical, financial and case management software to medical professionals in the nation’s leading academic and community hospitals, multi-facility healthcare systems and clinics. 


Newell Real Estate Advisors came on board to optimize the North American Eclipsys real estate portfolio through rationalizations, consolidations, closing and expansions.   NREA also relocated the 100,000 s.f. corporate headquarters, implemented a space utilization metric that significantly reduced portfolio costs, and helped develop a strategy for corporate data center growth.
